GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 25833 of 2025 ORDER: Succinctly the present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey, updating the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in petitioner’s favour covered for the land to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No.294/13 situated at Darsiparru village, Pentapadu Mandal, West Godavari District, which is purchased under Registered sale deed bearing No.1995/2011, dated 02.09.2011. 2. Earlier, the petitioner herein made an application to conduct survey but the respondent authorities are not able to conduct survey as there is a standing crop in the subject land. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed the written instructions dated 22.09.2025 addressed by the Tahsildar, Pentapadu. The said instructions manifests that if the petitioner apply online application for conducting survey, the authorities have no objection for conducting survey and only after the result of the survey, further action will be taken by the respondent authorities for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed for the extent claimed by the petitioner. 4. In view of the above circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the petitioner herein to file an online application for conducting survey and on filing such application, 4 the respondent authorities are directed to conduct survey and pass appropriate orders and deliver pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land, within a period of four weeks therefrom. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
