Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0013 dated 22.02.2025, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 298 & 190 of BNS, registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural. 2. Vide order dated 01.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 01.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
