Accordingly, both these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.578 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C. Charge has been framed under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. Petitioners are alleged to have enticed several persons to invest in their scheme and thereafter, they decamped away with the invested amount. It was submitted that petitioners are in custody for more than two years. It was further submitted that offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Senha P.S.
