Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG, Punjab. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petition in FIR no. 121 Dated 12.09.2023 under section 309, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, later on Section 309 IPC deleted and Sections 353, 186 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 added later on at P.S Kartarpur, District Jalandhar Rural (Annexure P- 1) and for grant of Interim Bail to the petitioners during the pendency of the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has unfortunately expired yesterday i.e. 03.04.2025, hence, the instant petition may be disposed of as such. In view of the submission of counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
