This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ or order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 6 in not accepting the complaint given by the Petitioner regarding offence of Robbery in the office premises of the petitioner and coercively demanding the petitioner to withdraw the complaint or otherwise threatening the Petitioner with dire consequences as is illegal arbitrary and violative of fundamental rights and human rights and Article 300A enshrined under the Constitution of India and consequently

directing the Respondents 2 to 6 to Register the Complaint given by the Petitioner and investigate the matter and Recover the Stolen Property of the Petitioner and take necessary action in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard Ms.M.Harika, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.392 of 2023 of Pendurthy Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 506, 454 and 380 IPC. 4. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“It is humbly submitted that action was taken on the complaint dt.27.03.2023 and also taken into consideration of the contents in the complaint dt.19.4.2023 of the petitioner herein against the unofficial respondents herein by way of Registration of FIR No.392 of 2023 dt.30.10.2023 on the file of the Pendurthy Police Station and taken up the investigation into the case.”

Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
