ORDER:-
Learned counsel for petitioner appeared virtually and after arguing for some time, sought leave of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition, addressing that he will pursue O.P.No.23 of 2025 before the Tribunal for Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens. Sri Gopala Raju, learned counsel, representing learned counsel for petitioner on record endorsed the same.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for petitioner urged this Court to dispense with the presence before the authority pending adjudication.
5. Considering the request, petitioner is permitted to file appropriate application before the authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. Thereafter, the authority is directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law on the said application for their dispense with before the authority. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
