Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega.

About rupees sixty lakhs were withdrawn from the account of Lachragarh Ajjevika Mahila Sankul Organization, maintained at Bank

of India, Lachragarh Branch. During course of investigation, it transpired that money was illegally withdrawn by unknown persons. It further appears that the aforesaid amount was transferred in several accounts in West Bengal. Statements of some of the account holders have been recorded, in which, they have stated that they have given some money to the petitioners.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners, were given money by the account holders as they had got the money transferred into their accounts.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega, in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025.
