By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned family camp court Katghora district korba (c.g.) to expedite the pending ex-parte divorce proceeding bearing case no. 05A/2022 within stipulated time period as the aforesaid application is pending consideration before the family court since almost 4 years and till date no final order has been passed for decree of divorce and the case is further fixed for petitioner/applicant evidence on 24.06.2025 and since then undue adjournment has been sought by the counsel of respondent/defendant. 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the interest of justice may kindly be awarded.” 2.
