The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.164 of 2025 arising out of Jama P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that parties were in consensual physical relationship since last three years. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka, in connection with S.T.
