Challenge in this petition is the order dated 30.06.2025 whereby the petitioner, working as Senior Agriculture Development Officer, Block Kartala, District Korba has been transferred to the office of Deputy Director, Agriculture Baloda Bazar on administrative exigency. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Clause-3.13 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 provides that the Husband and Wife may be posted at the same place and the wife of the petitioner is 2 posted at Middle School, Urga, District Korba. Raising his grievance he has made his representation on 01.07.2025 before the committee constituted under Clause-8 of the transfer policy, but the same has not been decided till date. On account of impugned transfer order the family life of petitioner is disturbed and he is facing great difficulty in managing the things. Therefore, the authority may be directed to consider the pending representation of the petitioner in the light of Clause 3.13 of the transfer policy within stipulated time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the submission, however, he would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with an observation that the committee shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time frame in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties and also considering the fact that the petitioner has already made his representation dated 01.07.2025 against the transfer order dated 30.06.2025, the transfer committee is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2025 keeping in view the provisions of Clause 3.13 of the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 and other applicable circular/policy of the State Govt. within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within a week to the transfer committee. Till decision of the transfer committee, let status quo as it exists today be maintained by the parties so far as transfer of petitioner is concerned. 5.
