Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to rectify the typographical error which is appearing in page-3, paragraph-1 at page-4 and also in prayer portion at page-15 of the I.A. No.4767 of 2025 wherein the words ‘under Section 340 of the Indian Penal Code’ be substituted with the words ‘under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure’. Learned counsel for the State and the learned senior counsel for the opposite party No.2 have not raised any serious objection. Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner is directed to file a consolidated interlocutory application of I.A. No.4767 of 2025 incorporating the amendment allowed by this order within four weeks from the date of this order failing which, I.A. No.4767 of 2025 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) I.A.
