(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that on account of receipt of only two applications for the post of Anganwari Worker, this Court can dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to issue fresh advertisement for the post in question and conclude the selection process expeditiously. 2. Having taken note of the fact that only two applications have been received against the post of Anganwari Worker at Anganwari Centre Samlohal, Tehsil Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the same 2 with a direction to the respondents to ensure that fresh advertisement is issued expeditiously, preferably within ten days from today and thereafter, selection process is concluded within six weeks. Needless to say, petitioner as well as private respondents can also participate in the selection process, if they are otherwise eligible. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
