Ajay Shringi S/o Shri Gulab Chand Ji Shringi, General Secretary, Abhibshak Parishad, Kota District And Sessions Court Premises, Station Main Road, Civil Lines, Nayapura, Kota. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sunil Samdaria For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 06/03/2025 1. At the outset learned counsel for the applicants fairly states that the decision of the concerned Bar not to hold election on the ground of extended term by way of amendment is pending consideration in D.B. SAW No.729/2024, by which the order of the Writ Court dismissing the writ petition is assailed. 2. In view of that disclosure, in our opinion, this contempt petition at this stage is not maintainable. 3. The contempt petition is, therefore, closed. [2025:RJ-JP:10195-DB] (2 of 2) [CCP-1125/2024] 4. This would however, leave the applicant with liberty to file fresh petition initiating contempt proceedings in the eventuality it is found that any order has been violated.
