(C) No.2998 of 2007 for correction of certain typographical errors in the said order. 2. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that in para 2, in place of Khata No.148, Khata No.48 has been typed, in para 3, in place of Plot No.1527, Plot No.127 has been typed, in para 4, in place of name of Budhu Munda, Budhu Mahto has been typed. A specific reference is made to Annexure- 5 of the writ petition, in the original writ petition which is the order passed in SAR Appeal No.57 R-15 05-06, wherein it has been specifically stated that Khata No.148 and Plot No.1527, area 2.80 acres and his name is Budhu Munda. 3. Learned counsel on behalf of State does not raise any serious objection to the factual assertions made. 4. The order dated 09.04.2024 passed in W.P. (C) No.2998 of 2007 is 2025:JHHC:31452 modified to the extent that Khata No.48 appearing in para 2, will be read as Khata No.148, Plot No.127 in para 3, will be read as Plot No.1527 and the name of Budhu Mahto appearing in para 4, will be read as Budhu Munda. 5. This order will form part of order dated 09.04.2024 passed in W.P. (C) No.2998 of 2007. Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Pending Interlocutory Application, if any, is disposed of.
