While disposing of the said contempt petition, this Court, vide order dated 03.11.2022 gave liberty to the applicant for revival of the contempt petition, in case, full compliance with the said order is not made by the respondents. Counsel submits that respondents have not complied with the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by this Court in DBCCP No.589/2022. In that view of the matter, this application is allowed. D. B.
