On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the first respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.443 of 2018 and filed final report before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same has not been taken on file. 3. Considering the above submissions, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
