Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 88/2024, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1970/2024, registered under Sections 188 of the Indian Penal Code, and section 25 of Jharkhand Crime Control Act, 2002 and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Rupam Smriti Topno, learned S.D.J.M., Ranchi. It was submitted that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about 8 months. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as nine cases. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
