Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they filed Crl.M.P.No.74 of 2024 in S.T.C. No. 74 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sullurpet, and that the learned Magistrate has not passed any order in the matter. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the trial Court to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.74 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the learned trial Judge is requested to take an appropriate decision on the matter in Crl.M.P.No.74 of 2024, if it is pending in S.T.C. No. 74 of 2017, along with the main judgment, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
