Those orders are taken on record and marked as ‘1’ and ‘2’ for identification. 2. Learned Counsel for the appellant further submits that these matters also arise out of the same award. However, these matters pertain to the jurisdiction of Single Bench of this Court on account of pecuniary jurisdiction. Demonstrating this, he prays for the similar orders, those are passed in the orders (supra). 3. Learned AGP Mr. S. S. Dande fairly accepts the position. In view of this, following order: a. Civil Applications for restoration of the respective First Appeals are allowed. b. Leave is granted to correct the memo of First Appeals and applicants/appellants are permitted to pay the Court fees on the amount claimed by them in the First Appeals. 4. Learned Counsel for the appellants also assures that he shall remove the rest office objections within four weeks from today. Subject to this, First Appeals are restored. 5. As observed in the orders (supra) objection of delay in 5 41 to 47, 50-52,55, 57-60 filing the First Appeal is waived. Subject to above, the registration of First Appeals is restored. 6.
