(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 08.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Head Office, Shimla, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, representing the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 2. Having carefully perused afore communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that pay of the petitioner, appointed against Ex- Serviceman quota to the post of TMPA, now Conductor, w.e.f. 13.11.2020, has been fixed under the provisions of Demobilized Armed Forces Personnel Rules, 1972 in the pay scale of 5910-20200+2400 Grade Pay. ₹ 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is closed, with the direction to respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from 2 aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months.
