ORDER:
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file revision against the impugned order and he endorsed the same on the bundle.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a revision against the order impugned in the present Writ Petition within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, on filing such revision, the respondents are directed to entertain the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
