The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramkanda P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 352, 351(2)(3), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri R. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. On 14.07.2025, on the basis of confidential information Ramkanda police apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Jairam Yadav has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R. Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa or his successor, in connection with Ramkanda P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) October 8, 2025 Jay/-
