Heard Mr. Sanjeev Thakur, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad in M.C.A. No. 2457 of 2025 arising out of G.R.P.S. Dhanbad Case No. 30 of 2025, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that one of the co-accused similarly situated to that of the appellant has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. A.(DB) No.780 of 2025. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 01.05.2025.
4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.
5. It has been alleged that some minors were apprehended from the railway station and the appellant as well as one Radhe Shyam Singh @ Radhey Shyam Singh were arrested.
6. Considering the fact that Radhe Shyam Singh @ Radhey Shyam
2025:JHHC:31704-DB 2 Cr. A. (DB) No.1239 of 2025 Singh has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad in M.C.A. No. 2457 of 2025, S.T. No. 338 of 2025 arising out of G.R.P.S. Dhanbad Case No. 30 of 2025, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad.
7. Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed and disposed of.
