Notice of motion. 3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Rahul Mohan, Sr. DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the investigation already stands concluded qua seven accused and charge sheet has also since been presented before the Court of competent jurisdiction. Three accused are still at large and efforts are underway to arrest them. Learned State counsel submits that once the remaining three accused are arrested it is only thereafter that the challan would be presented qua them.
