Learned counsel for the petitioner / review applicant submits that two plots were allotted to Mr. Hikmat Singh Panwar i.e. plot nos. 16 and 18 and subsequently, plot no. 18 was cancelled and in lieu thereof, plot no. E31 was allotted to Mr. Hikmat Singh Panwar. 6. The instant review application has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that since plot no. 18, which was allotted to Mr. Hikmat Singh Panwar, was subsequently cancelled but he sold the same to some other person for a consideration of Rs. 30,00,000/- but this fact has not been disclosed by Mr. Hikmat Singh Panwar either to the officer concerned or in the writ petition. 7. Learned State Counsel and Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Sr. Advocate for the respondents submits that present review applicant - petitioner Indramani also sold the residential plot no. 4, admeasuring 200 sq. Metre at Dehrakhas, which was allotted to him. 8. List this after fifteen days. 9. In the meantime, Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel for the THDC may get instructions whether possession of plot no. 18 was ever given to Mr. Hikmat Singh Panwar or was always remain in possession of THDC.
