CMP No.28572 of 2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicants/respondents No.1 & 2, namely, Hari Singh & Krishan Chand, respectively, for release of the awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. 2. As per the applicants, they require the money to resettle themselves and also to met out day-to-day expenses. Therefore, it is prayed that entire amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, falling in their respective shares, may be released in their favour. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant submitted that she does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the amount is released in favour of the applicants. 4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavits of applicants, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, in favour of the applicants/respondent No.1 & 2, as per their respective shares, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-6 of the application.
