The above writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in correcting the date of birth of the petitioner in the passport, in pursuance of the application dated 09.04.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. At the hearing, Sri Y.V.Anil Kumar, learned Central Government counsel, would submit that a speaking order vide ref:VS1073841741921 dated 02.06.2022 was passed and the same was communicated to the petitioner.
A copy of the speaking order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the speaking order dated 02.06.2022, has not been received by the petitioner. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, without going into the disputed question of fact, since a speaking order dated 02.06.2022 was passed and a

copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 02.06.2022, if aggrieved.
