(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the final result dated 10.02.2025, Annexure P-9 declared by second respondent – Commission to the extent of non-inclusion of petitioner for the post of PGT Commerce pursuant to advertisement no.20/24, dated 23.07.2024, Annexure P-1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case second respondent is directed to decide the representation dated 19.02.2025, Annexure P-13, in a specified period. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Rohit Arya, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State; on the asking of Court, Mr. Kanwal Goyal, Advocate assisted by Ms. Sheena Dahiya, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2-Commission and submits that representation, dated 19.02.2025, will be decided by the second respondent expeditiously. 5.
