NARENDRA PRASAD - - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20770 WP No. 23191 of 2023 - 4 - ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs: “a) A writ of Mandamus or writ or order or direction of appropriate nature directing the Respondents to regularise the services of the Petitioners. b) Writ or order or direction of appropriate nature as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including the costs on such terms and conditions that this Hon’ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. The case of the petitioners is that they are working as Supervisors in respondent No.2-Corporation from 2004. Therefore, they have submitted representations vide Annexures-F and G dated 20.09.2023 to respondent No.3 to consider their case for regularization of their service. - - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20770 WP No. 23191 of 2023 - 5 - 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case of similarly situated persons, this Court in WP No.25610/2009, disposed of on 26.02.2010, WP No.11531/2010, disposed of on 23.04.2010 and also in WP No.988/2019, disposed of on 25.03.2025, had directed to regularize the services of the petitioners therein. Hence, he sought to allow the writ petition in similar terms. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representations vide Annexures-F and G, in accordance with law, keeping in view of the orders passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
