1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.86 dated 24.03.2023 registered under Sections 363, 366-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 376(3) & 376(2)(n) of IPC and Sections 4(2) & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 were added later on) at Police Station Sadar, Kaithal.
2. Status report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Sushil Parkash, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Crime), Kaithal, on behalf of the respondent-State, filed in the Registry is taken on record.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shalinder Kumar, submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted vide order dated 23.07.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kaithal.
