By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing direction to the respondents to regularise the possession of the petitioner on the subject land. 2. It appears that before approaching this Court, the petitioner has not submitted any application before the respondents with regard to the aforesaid prayer. 3. In the considered opinion of this Court unitl and unless some application is submitted in this regard by the petitioner before the respondents, the prayer sought for cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has supposed to submit such application before the respondent-Authorities within a period of one month from today and it is expected from the respondents to decide the same within a period of two months thereafter.
