The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 317(5), 210, 291, 292, 270, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 3,5,6,7 of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Giridih.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the owner of the vehicle and the allegations are made that the skin/flesh of the bovine animal was being carried in the vehicle in question. He further submits that so far as the petitioner nos.2 and 3 are concerned, their names have come on confessional statement

and apart from that nothing are there against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 namely Md. Azad Ansari and Nurul Hoda. He also submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that illegally the skin/flesh of the bovine animal was being carried and for that vehicle-in-question was used.

Considering that the petitioner no.1 is the owner and the name of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are found on confessional statement and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
