PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 COMMON ORDER: The Criminal Petition Nos.10028 and 10306 of 2025 have been filed under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crl.P.No.10028 of 2025 and petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 4 to 7 in Crl.P.No.10306 of 2025 on bail in Crime No.162 of 2025 of Kovvuru Town Police Station, East Godavari District, was registered against the Petitioners herein for the offences punishable under Section 310(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’) and under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) read with Section 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for brevity ‘the NDPS Act’). 2. These two Criminal Petition Nos.10028 and 10306 of 2025 are heard and disposed of by way of this common order, as the petitioners in these two petitions are accused in the same crime. 3. Heard the learned Counsels for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. This Court on 20.08.2025 dismissed the Crl.P.No.8287 of 2025 filed by accused No.2. The Crl.P.No.10028 of 2025 is the second bail application filed by accused No.2. There was no change of circumstance. Hence, the Crl.P.No.10028 of 2025 is dismissed for the present. 3 5. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegations leveled against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 4 to 7 in Crl.P.No.10306 of 2025, and their alleged roles played in the case, there are no merits in this case for grant of bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 4 to 7 in Crl.P.No.10306 of 2025.
