For the Informant : Mr. Rajnandan Chatterjee, Advocate 02/ 13.10.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025, registered under sections 69 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Judge-III, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant both are major and what has happened, is consensual in nature. He further submits that in the F.I.R. it is alleged that they were in relationship since 2018 but F.I.R. has been lodged on 16.08.2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of establishing relationship on the pretext of marriage. 5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer and submits that on the pretext of marriage the petitioner established relationship with the victim and in view of that anticipatory bail of the petitioner may kindly be rejected. 6. Considering that petitioner and informant both are major and ( 2025:JHHC:31607 ) it is alleged that they were in relationship since 2018 but F.I.R was lodged on 16.08.2025 and further it appears that on 08.08.2025 the petitioner called upon the informant and she has gone to the place of petitioner voluntarily and thereafter F.I.R. was lodged on 16.08.2025. 7. In the attending facts and circumstance of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-III, Palamau, in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.13.10.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
