(B) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon’ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Uttarakhand Waqf Tribunal, Garhwal Mandal, Dehradun is directed to decide the said petition (Waqf Petition No.5 of 2024) as per law, as expeditiously as possible and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (WPMS No. 690 of 2025) is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
