The petitioners are apprehending their arrest for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 117, 109, 351(2), 127(2), 3(5) of Β.N.S, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No.89 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is the own brother of the informant. He further submits that there is land dispute among the family members and the scuffle took place. He then submits that there are case and counter case between both the sides and both the sides have received injuries and the injuries are simple in nature. He further submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits 2025:JHHC:31397 2 that the injuries are there. 5. In view of the above and considering this case is arising out of land dispute and the informant and the petitioner No.1 are own brothers and both the sides have received injuries and the injuries are simple in nature and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent; I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No.89 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
