The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 15.03.2024 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 40399 of 2015. 2. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that through order dated 24.03.2024 the representation of the applicant for being considered for minimum pay scale of Rs. 18,000/- and arrears has been decided and rejected by the opposite party. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 3. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 4. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. The contempt application is disposed of. 6. Notices are discharged. 7. Let the file be consigned to record. 8. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 24.03.2024 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
