P.P. 03/ 14.10.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No.36 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 121, 122, 103(1), 76 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 19 of the petition. He also submits that there are 14 named accused persons and three of the named co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 6430 of 2025, B.A. No. 6866 of 2025 and B.A. No. 7507 of 2025 and three co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5860 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 5862 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 5939 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and ( 2025:JHHC:31750 ) submits that allegations are there against all the accused persons of committing crime. 5. Considering that no overt act has been played by the petitioner in the crime and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 19 of the petition and further three of the named co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 6430 of 2025, B.A. No. 6866 of 2025 and B.A. No. 7507 of 2025 and three of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5860 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 5862 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 5939 of 2025. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
