This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. Perused the writ petition as well as the documents annexed thereto. 3. The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayers:- “In the aforesaid circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue a RULE NISE calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why this writ application shall not be allowed and if the opposite parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Page 2 of 3. Rule may be made absolute and on hearing the parties through their counsel, this Hon'ble Court be further pleased to: i) Issue appropriate writ/writs directing the opposite parties to sanction pension and other retirement dues as per OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 from the date retirement in favour of the petitioner by regularizing his service taking into account the Govt. resolution dated 22.01.1965 under Annexure-4 and office memorandum dated 06.3.1990 under Annexure-5 and the judgments quoted above ii) to direct the opposite parties to pay the arrear financial dues with interest. iii) And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice.” 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Petitioner has filed representation dated 23.12.2024 under Annexure-10 before the Opposite Party No.1, but the same is still pending before the said Opposite Party and the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision as of now. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that she has no objection, if a direction is given to the authority concerned to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of Page 3 of 3. admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.12.2024 under Annexure-10 taking into consideration Annexures-7 Series and 9 Series in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. ( A.K.
