G JAGADEESWAR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to the issuance of an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the interference by the Respondent Nos 4 to 8 in the mining activity of the Petitioner viz i) Mine No.1 Survey No 1/1 over an extent of 151.87 acres situated at Palicherla Village, Gudur Mandal vide G.O.Ms.249 dt 28.03.1978 ii) Mine No.2 Survey No.1 over an extent of 95.72 Acres situated at Rajupalem vide G.O.No.419 dt 28.08.1980 iii) Mine No.3 Survey No.1/PA, 1/13B, 96/1, 96/3P, 96/5 P over an extent of 6.69 acres situated at Palicherla Village, Gudur Mandal, vide G.O.Ms.No 318 dt 27.06.1986 as illegal high handed and unconstitutional and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.” 2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 20.01.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 27.01.2025 as a last chance. 3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
