Nimmagadda Vijayashanthi, learned Standing Counsel for the Rayalaseema University and Sri Ramachandra Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education. 2. Smt. Nimmagadda Vijayashanthi, learned Standing Counsel for the Rayalaseema University has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Registrar of Rayalaseema University along with certain material papers. One of the material paper is with regard to the proposed Academic Calendar for the LLB Five Year Course which is signed by the Dean, Academic Affairs, Rayalaseema Univeristy, Kurnool, dated 28.03.2025. This document would indicate that the Examinations at the end of Xth Semester would commence from 18.06.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the said Respondent-Rayalaseema University submitted that she has been instructed to inform the Court that, without fail, the Xth Semester Examinations would certainly commence from 3 18.06.2025 and that the results would also be declared as expeditiously as possible. 4. Having taken note of the Examination Schedule submitted by the Registrar of University by way of Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage without going into further details, directing the Rayalseema University (Respondent No.5) to adhere to the schedule of Examinations, which is to commence from 18.06.2025. 5. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
