Heard Sri Saurabh Tripathi holding brief of Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of respondents. 2. This writ petition is pending since 2006 i.e. for the last 19 years. 3. Petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.7.2006 whereby the application of the petitioner for recruitment process initiated in the year 2006 was rejected on a ground that he was overage in General Category i.e. above 32 years however, petitioner has not challenged the advertisement of recruitment process. Otherwise also, since much water has flown and the petitioner was aged about 37 years when this writ petition was filed in the year 2006, therefore, presently he must be around 58 years of age and selected candidates of recruitment process have already accrued rights and none of them is arrayed as respondents herein therefore, petitioner's claim is now a dead claim. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
