NO. 271/2025, dated 02.07.2025 basing on the complaint of the 6th respondent, alleged crime took place at Ramkote, Shalimar, Hyderabad within the territorial jurisdiction of the Abids Police Station of Hyderabad District and conducting investigation on the same by the 5th respondent is illegal, arbitrary, improper and consequently declare that the 5th respondent is not having jurisdiction to investigate the matter and set- aside the same in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the matter is under investigation, and the respondent-police are in the process of deleting the offences under Sections 506 and 386 of the IPC, as the alleged incident did not occur within the jurisdiction of their police station. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
