On the basis of the instructions imparted to the counsels by the respective parties and with the consent of both the parties, the judgment is being passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that against the order dated 17.02.2020, passed by the Collector, an appeal has been preferred before the learned Divisional Commissioner. On instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, learned counsel submits that same shall be withdrawn. As a

2 consequence whereof, order dated 17.02.2020, passed by the Collector shall stand revived. In the same, a demarcation of the suit land has been ordered. Let the demarcation in pursuance to the
order dated 17.02.2020 be conducted within three months from today.
3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Permission granted. Copy of this order be furnished to the authority, who has to conduct the demarcation in the case at hand.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending application(s), if any.
Parties are directed to appear before the learned trial Court on 30.12.2025.
