The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 not disposing of application made by the petitioner dated 3.6.2018 is illegal, arbitrary, violation of natural justice consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue him as contact Junior college lecturer in the college of 4th respondents until the application Dt.3.6.2018 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent or as the 2nd respondent recommended to the Government for extension of 2 more years vide Lr.R.C.No.Ser II2/SPL/CCMLCREG/2018 Dated 19.03.2018 is disposed.”
