Petitioners have invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashment of FIR No.44/2022 for commission of offences under Section 498-A/506 IPC registered with Police Station Pacca Danga. Petitioner and respondent No.3 have filed an application for compromise. Compromise agreement/settlement between the parties is part of the said application. Statements of the parties, i.e. petitioners and the complainant- respondent No.3 have been reduced into writing before Registrar Judicial of this Court. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, the present petition is allowed and the impugned FIR No.44/2022 is quashed. This petition is disposed of along with connected CM(s).
