Heard Sri Ramalakshmana Reddy Sanepalli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sustained grievous injuries but the police have not altered the section of law so far. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent –authorities particularly respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are directed to look into the points raised by the petitioner and take appropriate course of action according to law.
