Dubey, A.P.P -------- 02/Dated: 14 th October, 2025 1. The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.8424 of 2025. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 25.09.2025, the petitioner has been granted bail with a condition that “one of the bailors will be the father of this applicant”, but the father of this petitioner is not alive, as he already died on 23.03.2025. This fact could not be mentioned in the bail petition and also could not be pointed out during course of hearing of the bail application. Subsequently, this fact has been brought on record by filing the present criminal miscellaneous petition and prayer has been made for modification of the order dated 25.09.2025 3. Learned counsel for the State is present. 4. In view of above submission, the order dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No.8424 of 2025 is modified to the extent that “one of the bailors will be the pairvikar ” so far as this petitioner is concerned. 5.
