The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Maheshpur P.S. Case No. 28/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 668/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 379, 456/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur. 3. During the night of 12.03.2024, theft was committed in Shakti Upkendra Hathimara by the unknown persons. They took away transformer coil and other articles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused person. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner is accused in another case of similar nature. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Maheshpur P.S.
