The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 124/2025 arising out of Gumla P.S. Case No. 77/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, Gumla. 3. On 19.02.2025 at about 3:00 P.M., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted father of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that eye witness namely Sugi Kumari has specifically stated that petitioner has assaulted the father of the informant by hoe leading to his death. 6.
